After admiring their charming -- and oh so tiny work -- for many, many years,
I am just tickled to announce that Earth Angels Studios is now presenting the mice miniatures of The Petersen Family...
The company was begun in 1972 by founder, Annette Petersen, and is continued today with the support and talents of her children, Donna & Willy.
I cannot wait to meet them all when I visit their "mouse factory" to photo it for my column in Where Women Create magazine...we'll be meeting and chatting about the business of their studio and how they have maintained their artful business and incredible style for more than four decades...
Each of their pieces is a small joy...
The attention to detail is just amazing to me...
...above all, their winter-time and Christmas sculpts just send me...
I have a small collection of various handmade and vintage mini Santa Claus pieces tucked among the pottery in a cabinet in my dining room...
I have a few WFF that I have picked up along the way and I treasure them...
